Boss , State Rank does not matter. Admissions are given only on the basis of your All India Rank
Well ganesh it depends on many factors. but i dont think that U will get any branch in NIT warangal. the reason is that NIT Warangal is a very prestigeous institute and most of the student of your state will try to get any branch in it. and inspite of 50% reservation U cant get it. NIT Warangal take only 600-800 students including all categories. but dont dissappoint, U would surely get other good private collage. good luck!
