sir i am an obc candidate from uttar pradesh. i want to take cse branch in mnit allahabad. my marks in aieee 2012 is 103. my expected air will be 45000-50000 and air(obc) 10000-15000 then obviously obc state rank would be less. i dont know where my rank would lie under home state category. is there any chance for me to get into it. i saw 2010 ccb councelling. upto 14000 air(obc) cse was offered.. and for home state till 17000 cse was available upto 5th round.. plzzz help me...
