from last year opening and closing ranks i may get something in DTU or NSIT but i have gor civil in NIT KKR for which i have to submit 35000 and if i get DTU or NSIT late i would have to submit money there also please tell me if it is right not to submit money in NIT KKR and take a risk though my preference is towards DTU or NSIT
pease tell if it would be right to take any govt college of IP UNIVERSITY if i dont get NSIT or DTU

You must submit the fees at NIT K since it can be refunded and DTU is really a good option available to you.
