i will prefer u nit warangal elec. or mech. bcz of 3 reasons:
1 nit is a govt. institute
2 iiit is situated in hyderabad in which thes days telangana problem is occuring so not safe
3 it is specialized in cse than ece
i'm also getting cse there but i'm preferring cse in nit surathkal .... rest depends on u
