Yeah Metallurgical Engg is always a very good branch to opt for & the scope of this branch is huge !
By 2020 there would be more than 15 lakh job opportunities for Metallurgical Engineering Degree Holders !!
This branch has been constantly making progress & i do not see it losing it's glory in the near future !!!
