sir in first round of bits mesra counselling the closing rank for bit patna is 36000.My rank in aieee 2011 is 45000 do you think i have got the seat in bit Patna with ECE ,CS & IT after 3-4 round

I think that the chance of you getting CSE & ECE is very less even in the 3 & 4th rounds of Counselling !!
IT is certainly Possible in the 3 & 4th rounds for you !!
So go for IT @ BIT-Patna !!
