according 2 my rank in aieee 93000 i thought of getting anyyyy atleast biotech,it,civilbut the sastra hs announced councrlling only for 65000 rank...they said if the seats remained vacant they will announce in the website.....sir i request u humbly plzztell whether can i grt inttto it or not...PLZZZ SUGGSEST SOME OTHER COLLEGES WHICH TAKES ADMISSION THROUGH AIEEE RANK AND I CAN THEM?? Dear vamsi kiran,

Your situation now is perilous now ..

I just now contacted SASTRA & enquired regarding the admission process for which they explained me in detail .

Yeah they will certainly call for more applicants if the seats are left vacant then they will go for AIR till 85000 they said !

I asked them why not upto 1 lakh for which they replied in negative saying that this time around more number of candidates have applied & that there was huge crouding between ranks 45000-60000 ..

But they also ensured me that BioTechnology would be available for ranks above 80 k.

There have been requests to increase the intake in every department for which they are discussing too.

So be optimistic dear..

I think there are chances but this is not certain !!
It was really unlucky for you to get 90-100 marks because there are 25000 students nearly within this 10 marks !!

 

The Other Colleges that you can get for sure in Tamilnadu through AIEEE scores are

1.Hindustan University(Chennai)

2.Dr.M.G.R Engineering College(Chennai)

 

But these colleges are less famous !

you may get in 2nd thrd 4th counselling

and regarding u r rank u have mane colleges to choose like

Sharda university u can study with 50 percent rebate as AIEEE SCHOLARSHIP

upes,Dehradun(admission closed)

sIKKIM Manipal (ADMISSION CLOSED)

aMITY ,lOVELY ETC

U CAN TRY SPOT ADMISSION U WILL GET 4 SURE IF U WANNA GET IN PRIVATES
