hello sir! i have got all india 40626,cat (obc) 9076.state (UP)6400, cat(obc)1486 in aieee2011. plz suggest me some good colleges.which rank is considerd for state wise allotment state or national.last yea allotment shown on ccb website is based on only national or acc to different categories and ststewise rank
Dear abdul haque,
All seat allotment in AIEEE is done through the All India Overall Rank !!
For your State Colleges too your AIR will only be considered but since you have a 50% reservation in your home state colleges ......you for exmaple say that there are 800 seats in your Home State NIT then 400 seats are reserved for your Home State Candidates ! So if you get a Home State Rank witi=hin 400 you will get certainly into your Home State NIT !!!
Here are the colleges that you can get using your AIEEE-2011 AIR
1.MNNIT,Allahabad(Lower Branches -Possible)
2.SASTRA,Thanjavur(Tamilnadu)
3.Indian Insittute of Carpet Technology(IICT),Bhaodhi-Uttar Pradesh
4.BIT-Jaipur(All branches except CSE)
5.BIT-Deogarh(Any Branch)
