The All India Overall Rank is considered for admission into various institutions through the CCB-2011 Counselling !!
SC/ST Students do not compete with General Category students,instead they take a kind of bypass to their seat & that bypass is their reservation in the respective institutions !
General Category Students fight it out only with their merit ranking !!
