i have gone through last few years cut off of different NITs. There is a rank written under AIR Rank column .For example in a NIT Last cut off for AI was 3076 and for HS it was 3861.I want to know whether the second one ie 3861 was AI Rank or state rank? Because the person who has state rank 3861 should have AIR 18000 approx.

All the ranks meniones on ccb website are AIR only and all admissions are based on AIR only.
