I am sorry to say, but 145 marks are much less than what you actually need to get into BITS Mesra. It is one of the premium institute to get admission in UG courses.
To get a seat into BITS, (in some branch) you need to get at least below 20,000 AIR (All India Rank) .

The previous years Opening and Closing Rank Lies between AIR 200 - 20,000 (approx.) , So , I would suggest you to re appear for entrance AIEEE, and Get that much rank , to get into BITS.

You can check the cutoff list at website of BIT Mesra and there areother options too -
