it is equivalent to 2 8ohm resistors in parallel. thus, the equivalent resistance is 8/2 =4ohms

Resis. of one side of Triangle is 16/3Ω. Now netr resistance bet. any 2 pts. is parallel of 2(16/3) & 16/3.
So, net resist. is 32/9Ω.
