Best Colleges in B.arch:

  • School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi
  • Chandigarh College of Architecture
  • Birla Institute of Technology,
  • Sir J. J. College of Architecture
  • Dr.D.Y Patil College of Architecture, Navi Mumbai.
  • Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - Roorkee.

NIT tiru is a good institute and their placements are good.  As a fresher you can get the job of a trainee with established architects and you can except a salary of Rs. 10000 - 12000 per month. With in a short span of time, the earnings can rise up to Rs.15000-20000 per month depending upon the experience and the work involved.
