There are no further counsellings after the fourth counselling . If the seats are vacant then they remain vacant, but still some colleges fill up the seats. Colleges give the info about the vacant seats in the newspprs ,so u need to be updated with the latest status all the time.

U can at any time pull out of the college and take admission into another one, thats why they havnt taken any of ur originals.
