well, the problem is that when i gave my aieee' application form to get it attested, the officer signed it in such a way that it reached the address' section. and on top of it he put his stamp below the photo part of which is clearly on the address. so do i need to buy a new form????thanks

If the address is not at all visible then you have to fill a new form otherwise the old one will work
