i submitted an application online and received a registration no. when i reached the payment mode i had to choose credit cards from syndicate,axis or icici bank as the only payment option and no one in my family possesses a credit card of these banks..so can i now buy an offline form and speed post it? will it be accepted or rejected because i already got a registration no.?

Yes  you can buy a form offline and definitely it will be accepted for sure...
