Is it ok if we take a black and white photograph and affix the name on the photo in computer only and then take a printout of it in passport size on a photo quality paper?

Its ok but why are u taking the risk, in such cases i would suggest dont take any risk and follow the normal procedure of clicking the photo in shop...
