Sir my AIR for AIEEE is 16247.What is the best college I can get for civil considering the fact that there is a provison for higher option during counselling(disadvantage),increase in no seats for AIEEE,effect of new IITs,IISERs(advantage) etc.

See the best college thriugh Aieee are Trichy, Warangal or Suratkal. After that comes some good colleges like Jaipur, Bhopal, Allahabad, Calicut. At this rank of yours it myt be difficult for you fetch these branch ii top 4 college but you will get it at Calicut and Bhopal and if you are lucky enough you can get it at Jaipur also as told by you, effect of new IITs, IISERs etc.
