Sir, During the previous years some of my friends got Civil,Mechanical,Chemical engg in calicut, trichy,surathkal through 2nd and 3rd counselling.All of them had a rank around 15000 to 16000.How was that possible? Dear Govind, After the seat get alloted to the student after first counselling they dont take admission due to some reasons like getting into IITs or taking a drop a year etc. So these seats remain unfilled and AIEEE then conduct second counselling for those who got a low rank college alloted to them and still havenot taken admission. Eligible candidates can then apply for the counselling. Thank you.
