sir , i am expecting my jee mains rank around 18000 and want cse (or may be eee) i am convinced (after several hours of data mining at internet ) that i may get nit srinagar , or eastern nits manipur nagaland etc . i want to go to srinagar because of my skin problems i get in every summer (i am a resident of delhi ) it becomes unbearable for me to survive in delhi''s summer . the doctor has also advised me to keep myself at a cold climate .
the main concern over nit sringar is the safety reasons , is it safe to study there ?? if yes what is the standard of education , i want to become a good engineer . pls reply as soon as possible
