I want to ask that whether the allotment of seats will be done on the basis of choices available at the the of locking of choice or the seats available after closing of locking.
I mean..
Suppose It shows that choice no. 20 is available on 19th June and I lock my choices right then....so will that I mean that I have got choice 20 or the availability may be modified according to choices filled between 19 and 23 June and My alloted choice may be any other than choice 20?
