I am from Delhi. MY state rank is 1177 and AIR is 12425. Do I have any chances of getting into DCE (DTU) or NSIT? If yes, what streams? Also, I talked to the people at the NSIT Admissions Office and they said that last year, the CEE cut-offs had closed at the rank 3000. Since there was no CEE this year, ideally, isn't the state rank an effective indicator of CEE rank since they;re all Delhi ranks only?
