it depends on you where you want to go.but, i think if you want to pursue MBA after B.tech the B.tech college does not matter much.but if you want to pursue M.tech then you have to select carefully.see what branches are you getting in VIT.what branches are you getting in NITs then decide.Consult those reading in NIT Raipur and VIT.Both are good institutes.
