I have a query about internal sliding and round 4 counselling. When a person joins an institute will the internal sliding be conducted among all students on the basis of thier AIR or only those who apply for internal sliding? When a person gets a good branch he wont opt for internal sliding and a person getiing the branch of not his interest will apply but his branch is not going to change because a person getting a good branch will not apply. So, what is the meaning of internal sliding? If The persons do not opt for internal sliding will the branches of persons change again considering their AIR?
