Sir my i belong to gen category and my AIR is 103728 and in category 73702 and my state rank is 7216 and in category 5383. Can i get admission in VNIT Nagpur (Maharashtra) through Home state quota?

With your rank , getting NIT is quite diffcult but you can try for some decent collage.
