Dear manan

this problem can be solve easly by hozinisation methord

y2 -4ax =0

lx+my+n=0   or  -(lx +my)/n  = 1

 

put the value of 1 in the above equation

y2 -4ax{-(lx +my)/n} =0

or ny2 + 4alx2 +4amxy =0

this is the pair of equation ,apply the condition of perpendicularity

 n+ 4al =0
