Lysosomes are organelles. They are known as suicide bags of cell because it contains digestive enzymes. Which are capable of digisting there own cell material . If something burst, the lysosomes release digestive enzymes with digests all the cells. This leads to the death of cells. Hence, Lysosomes are referred to as “suicide bags of cell”.
