Dear student,

Common cold can spread from one person to another as it is communicable in nature. A healthy person can get infected by being in close vicinity of an infected person when he/she sneezes, coughs, as the droplets generated by sneeze and cough contain infecting agents.
Typhoid occurs by the intake of contaminated water and food while ringworm is one of the skin diseases which can spread from one person to another by the use of infected towels and handkerchiefs.
AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency) is is spread via body fluids and does not spread by shaking hands.
