Velocity of a satellite is given by V = sqrt(GM/r) here G = gravitational constant, M = Mass of satellite, r = radius.As bot m1 and r1 ar greater than m2 and r2 .so ans cannot be told without the values of m and r

the above answer is incorrect because M = mass of earth , not sattellitetherefore acc to formula the satellite with grrater radius has greater velocity
