Two bodies of masses 1 kg and 5 kg are dropped gently from the top of a tower. At a point 20 cm from the ground both the bodies will have the same:

DEAR STUDENT

All the other quantities depend on the mass of the object. But g (acceleration due to gravity) doesn't depend on mass.
And we know the equation,
V2=u2+2as
u=0 and a =g
Hence, v=(2gs)1/2
So the final velocity for both the bodies will be same as 'g' and 's' is same for both the bodies.
