After 4 seconds the velocity of the body doesnot change as shown by AB as parallel to X axis
Since velocity is constant
Distance = velocity multipled by time
The constant velocity attained by the body at the end of 4 seconds is 5 m/s
Distance = 4 multiplied by 9 = 45
