# The frequency of a sound wave is 20 hz. Find its time period . If the velocity of sound in air is 330 ms-1,find its wavelength

Frequency = 20 Hz
we know that,
frequency = 1/time period
time period = 1/frequency
time period = 1/20
time period = 0.05 seconds

Velocity = frequency * wavelength
330 = 20*wavelength
wavelength = 330/20
wavelength = 16.5 m
so the wavelength is 16.5 metres
