Dear student

The place of manifestation of disease-causing microbes in the body depends on the entry route of the microbes. For example, the microbes of tuberculosis enter through the nose, so, they infect the lungs. 

But, this need not be the case always. For example, malaria-causing microbes, entering through a mosquito bite, will go to the liver, and then to the red blood
cells.
