Dear student
Chlorophyll in Photosynthetic Eukaryotes is associated with Plastids. Photosynthesis has two parts - the light-dependent reactions, and the Calvin Cycle. They take place in Chloroplasts. However, in Prokaryotic bacteria like the Cyanobacteria, membrane-bound organelles are not present, including the chloroplasts.
