Speed = Distance/time >>>> scalar quantity
Velocity = Displacement / time >>> vector quantity
Acceleration = Velocity / time >>> vector quantity

speed is distance travelled per unit time
velocity is displacement per unit time, which is a vector quantity.
Accelaration is velocity per unit time.
