thnaks....but where is the chat with consellors option?
i have sent some messages to Priyanka...she seems to have read everything but isnt answering...
this isnt a good sign of service features

yes , that happens , actualy when she is reading the msg the same will be directly referred  to the customer support team member . 
and dnt worry they will keep in touch with you as soon as possible, dnt think that if she reads something and dnt reply then itsall wentin vain ,its nothing like that. 
AND ALSO U CAN REACH THE ASKIITIAN SUPPORT TEAM WITH MAI AND CONTACT DETAILS THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE .
