A ball is allowed to fall freely from the roof of a building.simultaneously another ball of the same mass is projected horizontally from the same point with a speed 2 m/s. If the time taken by the first ball to strike is 2 sec then the time taken by the other ball will be?

Answer is 2sec because in vertical direction the projectile is in free fall only initial horizontal velocity is there ,there is no initial vertical velocity so it will do free fall in vertical dirn so time taken is same in free fall
