how to improve myself in proving the theorems?help me please..

theorams are easy to proov . but the thing is u need to know the formula and steps . 

for easy way just start from the opposite side , i mean from the last , then your doubt will get cleared , and always do ask yourself the ques like why does this formula comes into picture not other one ?? 
and answering this type of ques will increase your confidence of solving and prooving it . 
and 1 more thing -0 donot even try to rott any theoram . 
just understand it and practice in wekends .
