Following a lecture on waste management a school decided to keep two dustbins in each class,one for biodegradable and other non biodegradable. One of the dustbin is cylindrical in shape with radius 35 cm and height 40cm while, while other is cuboidal in shape with dimension 30cm by 30cm by 30 cm. 1. AS YOUR QUESTION ,THE CYLINDRICAL DUSTBIN WILL COVER MORE BASE BECASE ITS RADIUS IS 35 THAT MEANS DIAMETER WILL BE 70 CM.
AND MORE CAPACITY MEANS MORE VOLUME .CUBOIDAL HAS 27000CM^3
AND CYLINDRICAL HAS 15386CM^3
MEANS CUBOIDAL HAS MORE CAPACITY
