Hi,
Firstly you need to inscribe the quadrilateral within a semicircle.
Then you can take any 2 segments within the semicircle and join them.the angle subtext by them will be 90 degrees due to the property that angles subtended at the circumference is half the angle subtext at the centre which is ultimately 1/2 180 degrees equal to 90 degrees.
