“CONSTANT POLYNOMIALS HAVE DEGREE 0” PLEASE EXPLAIN.

le a polyynomial f(x) = 10
and it can be written as f(x) = 10x0      (because for any value of x, x0 is 1)
and degree of a polynomial is highest power of x which is in this case is 0

constant polynomials nothing as constant numbers like 1,2,3................Every constant will be expressed as polynomial........because of X0=1..........thats the reason we will write all constants as Zero polynomials........all constants are zero polynomials...........If u have any doubt make me a write
