Inert a rational number between 3/8 and 4/9 and arrange them in descending order

First you have to make the denominators equal , that is , take the LCM

so you make the fraction : 3/8 and 4/9 into 27/72 and 32 / 72 ( making it equivalent ).

then take the required amount of numbers in between them ( to take a number between the 2 fractions ) , in this case , 1 number and insert it like this:

3/8
