We can't draw any geometry here. Just use property of rhombus to draw it.

CR/2=3cm
AT/2=2.4cm.
Hence the diagonals of the rhombus are 3cm and 2.4cm.
Draw CR.Bisect it perpendicularly.Cut 2.4cm from each side of the perpendicular bisector. Join C,A,R,T.
