Dear Student

CP= 1440
Profit = 15%
SP = 1+15/100 x CP
SP = 1.15 x 1440
SP = 1656
Let MP = x
SP= 0.9x
0.9x=1656
x = 1840

Hence, Marked price of shirt = 1840 rs
