Dear student,
Chemical change is an irreversible change.(chemical changes are never reversible )
Keeping this point in mind,  we will answer the questions.
Depletion of ozone layer means an irreversible change which cannot be reversed. Thus a chemical change .
Photosynthesis is also an irreversible change thus a chemical change.
Hope this helps

Breaking down of the ozone layer is a chemical change.

The chemical equation for the destruction of the ozone layer is;

     O3 + Cl  → ClO + O2

In this process, the new substance that is oxygen is formed from original substance, ozone.

So the destruction of ozone is a chemical change.

Photosynthesis is a chemical change.

During photosynthesis, water and carbon dioxide reacts in presence of light to form new substances that are glucose and oxygen.

12 H2O + 6 CO2 → C6H12O6 + 6 O2 + 6H2O

So photosynthesis is a chemical change.
