First find the running current using I = P / V.

Calculation

I = 750 W ÷ 230 V ≈ 3.26 A

Which fuse to pick?

Recommended fuse: 5 A.

Reason: the fuse must be higher than the normal current (3.26 A) so it does not blow during regular use, but low enough to protect against faults. A 3 A fuse would blow during normal operation; 1 A is far too small; 13 A is much too large and would not protect effectively.
