lets assume side of parallelogram isa &b another twowill also be a&b) now its given that 2(a+b)=96 so a+b=48 ,one side is given 18 so another is 30 (48-18)
and area=base*height so there will be two height because 18&30 both can be choosen as base
in caseof 18 it will be 270/18=15m,and in case of 30 it will be 9m
