To convert a percentage into a fraction in simplest form, follow these steps:

Write down the percentage as a fraction with a denominator of 100.

For 7%, the fraction would be 7/100.

Simplify the fraction if possible by finding the greatest common divisor (GCD) of the numerator and denominator and dividing both by it.

In this case, the GCD of 7 and 100 is 1 (since 7 is a prime number and doesn't have any common factors with 100 except 1). So, you can't simplify the fraction further.

Therefore, 7% as a fraction in simplest form is 7/100.
