There are sixteen circles within the given image in binders. This is Thaila from maurya 6 group.

The answer to this question is zero.There are no circles in the diagram given in the question.

I think there are 16 circles. The space between the rectangles look like oval shaped but I counted them as the circles.

Still a new bie exploring stuff, actually dont know how to edit my answer..but I think there are 9 oval shaped circles and the others were cut and not full circles :)
