Dear student

Air is transparent to our eyes because we have evolved retains that are sensitive to the very wavelength of light that pass through it unobstructed otherwise we wouldn't be able to see anything at all wind is just moving air caused by pressure difference in the atmospher.

Air is not visible because it neither absorbs nor reflects light, it transmits whole of light. Dust particles in air is visible as they reflect light.
